DIRECT BILLING INSURANCE COMPANIES

We direct billing most insurance companies.  This means if you have insurance coverage, We can bill your insurance company directly for payment, and you only have to pay the remaining balance that is not covered under your plan.

PLEASE NOTE: Everyone’s insurance policy is different.  In some cases, your provider may not pay the clinic directly.  In this case, we ask that you submit your invoice directly to your insurance company for reimbursement once you pay for your treatment at the end of the session.

***It is the responsibility of the client to find out if they require a doctors note for their treatments as well as know of any other restrictions, such as; benefit maximums, deductibles, or co-payments.

24-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Treestone Massage Therapy and Wellness, our Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are committed to providing high-quality care. To ensure fairness for all clients and optimal scheduling, we have the following policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be subject to 100% of the service fee.
  • Payment Responsibility: Since we do not keep credit cards on file, payment for missed or late-canceled appointments must be made before booking future sessions.

Do I need to undress for a massage?
You will be asked to undress to your comfort level. Only the areas being treated will be exposed during the session, and we maintain strict privacy and professionalism throughout your visit.
How should I prepare for my massage?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Our clinic doors will be locked until then.  To maximize your massage time, please complete your intake form online before your appointment.  Drink plenty of water before and after your session to help with the healing process.
