Hello! I’m Kyla, a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to helping people find relief and experience their best selves through tailored, intuitive treatments. I graduated with a 2200-hour diploma from Grant MacEwan University in 2023. I have always had an interest in anatomy and was fascinated by the intricate connection between the mind and body. Throughout the end of my highschool years, I bounced back and forth with the idea of many career paths I could take within the medical field. I truly thought that would be in a hospital or clinic-type setting. However, it wasn’t until I experienced the profound benefits of massage therapy firsthand, and learned more about the profession through my own RMT at the time, that everything clicked. I knew then that I wanted to make the same positive impact on others—and I couldn’t be happier with the path I chose.
I strive to have an impact on each one of my clients! I want to educate and encourage you, highlighting the importance of self-care both within and beyond the treatment room. My approach is rooted in the belief that when we take care of ourselves, we’re better able to thrive in all areas of life. The benefits massage has on the mind, body and soul is truly so great!
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, prioritizing my own self-care, and staying engaged in my community through volunteer work and being a part of groups that allow me to socialize and meet new people. These values of connection and wellness inform everything I do, both personally and professionally. I look forward to welcoming you to my space!
